Martin has organized many workshops over the years for several foundations who organize music workshops in the Netherlands and abroad. He has been asked as a workshop leader for many percussion companies, small and large. The workshops can be given with a theme, such as Cuban rhythms, small percussion, west - African percussion, and street percussion.

The workshops are suitable for all levels. Martins takes good care that every participant gets the challenge to develop his or hers musical skills and to enjoy their individual wishes, depending of each level and ability of the individual.

Participants are often very enthusiastic about the workshops been given by Martin, because of the fun of it and to make music together. These workshops are suitable for all sorts of party gatherings.
